Extra people

For more than the included people in a unit, there is an additional charge of $10 per extra person per night.

Children five and under stay free.

Tax

The NH Meals & Rooms tax is 9%.

Check In and Check Out

Check–in: 2:00 p.m.

Check–out: 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 10 days or more before arrival will result in a full refund of deposit. Cancellations 6 to 9 days before arrival may result in loss of deposit if management is unable to fill the unit. For cancellations 5 days or less before arrival, deposit is non-refundable.

Smoking Policy

All of our Motel rooms and Cottages are non-smoking.  For those guests who still wish to smoke, we ask that they please smoke outside on their porch or balcony.

Pet Policy

We normally don't accept pets. However, for certain Cottages only, we will accept one small (less than 25 lbs), well behaved dog for an additional pet fee of $50. Please call us first if you are considering bringing your small dog.

Grilling Policy

We do not provide barbeque grills, but you are welcome to bring your own.  Grills may never be used on the balconies or porches of units.  They be used on black asphalt or on green lawn only.  Please keep the grill a minimum of 5 feet away from your unit.
